We had tonight baked pork blade steaks, baked potatoes and a salad, I am so stuffed :lol:

Tonight's plan is burgers & waffle fries (sweet potato waffle fries for me) with some of the blueberry argula salad I made the other night. I kept all of the ingredients separated, so it didn't turn to mush.

Last night we had our boiled corned beef & cabbage in the crockpot. It was just so-so due to the reduced sodium meat (not recommended).
