HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!

Today's Cooking ...
Lady #3: A new salad (crisp iceberg, rotisserie chicken, warm roasted buffalo style potatoes, celery, carrots; and, a spicy thousand island dressing w/blue cheese crumbles. Strawberry shortcake.

Me: My fritatta for breakfast was so big (I went out w/gf); I brought home half for dinner; I have plenty of greens for a salad and fruit too.

Bangers and Mash tonight, using red potatoes for the bf, purple sweet potatoes for me (only because they need to get used up). Happy that Aldi has bangers in stock this week - they only carry them once a year. I bought plain ones and also the ale & onion flavor. Probably with some asparagus or carrots on the side as well.

Today it was homemade pizza with a roasted red pepper/pesto sauce instead of tomato (husband can't have tomatoes), pepperoni and fresh mozzarella. I also add in a tablespoon of Italian seasoning in my pizza dough for a savory crust. I mix it in with the flour before I mix it in with the yeast mix.

That sounds wonderful! I like the idea of using the red pepper pesto as the sauce very much! I also love the idea of adding herbs to the pizza dough.

Definitely sounds great. I often mix roasted red with pesto; really a great combo. I bet your pizza was delicious.
Cookin, pork loin roast is always a great one pan dinner. I also love the leftovers from it too.
Bangers, love it. We can get them here year round at a local butchers market. But, I have to have mush peas with my bangers and mash, lol.

We did end up having peas with them :) Saved the asparagus for another meal.
