T.G.I.F. EVERYONE! THE WEEKEND HAS FINALLY ARRIVED ...
So, It Looks Like Most Of The Country Is Pretty Calm For The Most Part. My Heart Goes Out To Those Hit With The Deadly Storms And Tornados!

Today's Cooking ...
Mid day to early evening horseback riding with friends. My friends ranch just added a new trail which we will be checking out.

We are all taking something for lunch - chips/veggies/dip, cookies, beer/bourbon; and, I'm taking http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/sweet- ... aise-25659 and http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/garlic ... ckles-2836

Dinner: My last container of freezer stash chicken noodle soup; and fruit. I guess it is time to make a pot of ham and bean for my freezer stash.
I packed up 8 baggies of chicken stock this morning. It was very rich and delicious; I let it cook all day.

Today, since it was pretty cold here in NE Ohio, I made some chicken soup with lots of veggies and spaetzle, and some Italian bread.

Allergies are still bothering me, especially in my eyes. I spent most of today sleeping off allergy meds. Bf had leftovers, I had a sundried tomato chicken sausage (from Trader Joe's) and a sort-of attempt at a green bean casserole using random bits of whatever was in the fridge to make the sauce (sour cream, cheese, seasonings mostly). It was ok, nothing super special.

HF, nothing than feeling bad or under the weather a bit.
Still sounds like a good dinner.

Lovin, you know I love my soup; and Bianca HI!, fish sounds good. Always a staple in my house.

HAPPY SATURDAY EVERYONE!!!
Well, Nothing Special Today ... and Basically, No Cooking For Me!

Horseback riding was fun yesterday; and, my friend is hosting a BBQ for those who helped build the new trail for his ranch. So, a BBQ tonight. I know, chicken, burgers, dogs, salads, corn, etc. Typical BBQ food!

I'm taking a good bottle of wine for he and his wife, to enjoy later; and, a few cinnamon rolls for he and his family the next am.
