Tonight it was fiesta lime shrimp with sauted onion, matchstick carrots and broccoli florets, with an Asian stir fry sauce over rice that was boiled in water with lime juice.

YUMMY, sounds wonderful.

Me: I changed ... pizza is tomorrow; my gf asked me out for lunch. A big lunch means no dinner for me. HUGE burger and fries; I'm more than stuffed! And, it was gorgeous sitting right on the water watching the boats, etc. No complaints.

Ellie, yummy. Love that orzo and kale dish; looks fantastic.
Shanni, I am all for a good sandwich. I haven't made a club in a long time; it sounds delicious. EXTRA bacon for me please!

HAPPY SATURDAY! IT'S THE WEEKEND ...

Today's Cooking ...
After a busy week of cooking; and, busy next week. I have a break this weekend.

I'm back to my flatbread pizza w/ham, asparagus, and gouda tonight. Probably some fruit.

And, I may make http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/garlic ... ckles-2836
I didn't get to the farmers market this am; but, if the Amish market has them, I will be making them tonight.

Tonight it's pizza. I'm going to my niece's "skype" baby shower today at my sister's house. Since my niece lives in another state, her mom sent all those invited a little party favor packet with a packet of hot chocolate powder, a chocolate mint, and a biscotti cookie, so that they could enjoy the "party" while they watched my niece open her gifts on "skype" that every had sent to her.
So I'll pick up a pizza on the way home.
