Well, nice to relax a bit after Christmas.
Tonight ...

Lady #1 and Family: To start http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/baked- ... ears-12143 w/crackers; cranberry apricot nut stuffed pork loin w/port wine sauce; roasted brussels sprouts; baby greens and citrus salad; they are taking care of dessert.
Pork loin is stuffed and resting, brie done, and salad made. I just have pop things in the oven and done.

Me: My turkey/gravy, stuffing, and green bean casserole tasted so good last night. Day 2 tonight. I'll add a piece of ham tonight. I have no problem eating the same thing 2 nights in a row.

KC, does Lady#1 care if I move in with her. That dinner sounds really good.
Last night it was homemade chicken pot pie with celery seed rolled into the top crust. Tonight it's my homemade pizza. I always put a tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning in the flour when I mix up the dough.

Leftover ham which is okay with me because I love ham. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!
