How do you make a tomato pie? do you have a recipe? Thanks

All in moderation. Eat a fresh salad, veggies and I don't mind haven't something fried. I eat potato now and then stuffed with butter and sour cream, but I try to do a grilled fish and tomato slices on the side for something healthy.
I've been buying those Gorton fish planks for fish tacos. They turn out quite crispy and we just serve them on flour tortillas, top with a homemade chipotle sauce, salsa verde and finely shredded lettuce. The guys love them, they're easy. Win, win

Tonight, not sure. Might be burgers and fries!

Morning Everyone!

TGIF

Busy day, but it is an easy busy if that makes sense.

Catered Lunch:
Chicken parm (lightly floured and seasoned and sauteed), topped with a homemade basil tomato sauce, and topped with parm and fresh mozz - Made 6 pans
Classic wedge with a homemade caesar dressing
Baskets of parmesan rolls with either a garlic butter or an artichoke spread.
It will be delivered at 11:30 today for a noon serving for all 45 today, rather than 3 separate servings.

Ladies #1 and #2: They have a birthday party, so no game night

Me:
Helping a friend cook today and part of tomorrow. Actually, I am not cooking, just helping or advising her.
She is a newbie cook, but does follow recipes well. Her first big dinner and she is feeding 25.
We picked lots of easy recipes, and today she will be getting everything prepped and somethings cooked. So, I will be helping out. I sent her a grocery list, as well as a detailed TO DO list.

I'm taking 2 of my freezer burritos over to her house that I made the other night for lunch. Then for dinner, I will probably catch up with a friend for happy hour and stop to get some broasted oysters.
