Oh ya.... we got the herb garden planted too, along with 10 new grape vines to round out the orchard. ;)

The May long weekend has come & gone! The garden is only about half done, but we got 240 tomato plants put in as well as potatoes, corn, onions & broccoli.

Still lot's to go...

Why not try Freezer Bread & Butter Zucchini Chips but use your peppers instead of Zucchini? This recipe is fantastic and using peppers would be great! I think I'll even try it! It freezes really nicely and you can just freeze in small amounts if it's just for one or two people. And how about adaptin...
