Try just making it with garlic infused olive oil for the sauce. Then add some caramelized onions, chopped green olives, finely julienned red and green peppers, very finely chopped fresh rosemary and bake. Then when it's ready to serve, sprinkle some fresh torn basil on top.

You can also use Worcestershire sauce.

Bea, this is a great idea. My hubby is a heart patient so he has to have a low sodium diet. And also a low potassium diet.
