Having Cincinnati Chili tonight from yesterday's leftover chili. For those of you who have never heard of Cincinnati Chili, it is chili poured over spaghetti and topped with shredded cheddar cheese. Yum!

Oh man, those look amazing. I sure wish my husband liked chicken livers, because I just love them. I haven't had them in probably 30 years, except if you count eating the boiled liver when I'm doing giblets broth for noodles.
