This time of year we have people parked on the side of the main highways selling fresh lobster out of huge marine coolers for half the price of what you would buy it for in the stores. They come from New Brunswick. They do this every year and they are around for a couple of weeks.

That doesn't look like any of my leftover dishes, lol. Looks delicious Bergy!!
