Bergy, that last shot should be on the cover of a recipe book. Soooo pretty and rustic looking.

Bergy, yes the Actifry rocks. The crunch in these were just perfect. I didn't let the baked potato cook all the way through as I didn't know if they would stay together if too soft and they turned out perfectly crispy. They are like deep fried homefries you get at a breakfast dinner.

I made them in the actifry instead of deep frying them and they turned out lovely.

We'll give T a wee break just this one time and I'll do that updating
