sorry Bea i kinda goofed on these potato skins, they really were delicious but i without thinking put the potato pulp back into the skin and added the chives and cheese on top (skipped the bacon), they were wonderful and had a great crunchy skin :lol: Promise to do them again the proper way :!: #rec...

mmm interesting recipe, love the colours in the photos, especially 2 and 3, looking at the photos you'd never know they were vegetarian, love seeing the "inards" in the last one. (sure love the look of the lima beans )
