I am making beef and broccoli for dinner tonight while I change the channel between the Seahawks game and the UofO Ducks who are playing on the same night. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!? I love football.

I didn't have anything planned on the menu for tonight. It may be something simple like quesadillas or a grilled cheese or I may throw something together with what I have in the fridge and pantry. We'll see.

Fondant, for me is for decoration, not taste. It is way too sweet and pretty darn gross actually. I'm not sure that I know anybody who actually likes the taste of it.
