The amounts are as follows:

2.5 Quarts water = 2 1/2 quarts or litres

1.3 cups salt = 1 + 1/3 cups

.25 cup sage = 1/4 cup sage

.5 cups sugar = 1/2 cup sugar

.3 cup minced garlic = 1/3 cup
