Re: Old School Beef Short Ribs

This looks fantastically delish! I'm keeping my eye out for short ribs at a decent price. I always hesitate to buy them since they're expensive with too much fat and bone but these look tender enough to cut with a fork.

I agree with Kim. Gas is the only way to go if you can.

Re: Dinner with Dissie & Shapes

I guess I'll need to spice shopping because these pictures made look at the recipes. I have to make both of them! I'll probably have to eat all the Brussell sprouts since my husband claims not to like them but I know that won't be a chore for me. LOL

Re: Christmas Dinner - Roast Pork with Crackling

Bergy- We had similar Christmas dinners! I fixed a fresh ham- leg of pork- with roasted potatoes and red cabbage. Re: Ham Pâté

Oh gosh! Thanks for reminding me of this recipe. For some reason I stopped making it and hadn't thought of it in years. I have some leftover ham and will make this for lunch along with a bowl of potato leek soup. Yum!

Re: Shadows 1's Boneless Country Ribs

Not a darn thing wrong with any of these pictures! The last one made me go to the recipe and save it. If they have country ribs at the store tomorrow, that's what I'll make for dinner. Great recipe Shadows! Great pictures!
