oops... ironically the recipe I was looking at didn't have it correct. It is TWO parts cream of tartar and one parts of each baking soda and starch. The starch only is a filler but needed so that you are using the right amount in your recipes.

I'm not asking for the recipe... I already have it. 1 part cream of tartar, 1 part baking soda and 2 parts starch.

Is this already a searchable recipe? If not, I'm happy to add it.
