One of my favorites is Hawaiian Sweet Potato Balls. Got this recipe from my old trusty Betty Crocker cookbook I got as a wedding present 48 years ago. I just posted the recipe, so it probably won't show up for a while. But you can google it. They're so easy to make, and always a hit. Here 'tis. :) ...

Very observant, Bergy. I'm at a loss (since I can't use it to make a grilled cheese =-), but I'd try it on one of those recipes that tells you to squeeze the liquid from a package of defrosted spinach.
