I made this using fast fry pork chops and did not use the broiler for the carrots, instead roasted everything for 20 minutes, turning the chops after 15 minutes, and broiled the chops for 5 minutes, which worked perfectly.

I believe this is the first time I have ever "cooked" cucumbers and I am surprised at how this turned out. I took a little over 5 minutes for the cucumber to become translucent so it was very quick and easy to put together. I tasted it before letting it sit and I was worried it was lacking flavor, but, after sitting for about an hour, that all changed. It tasted wonderful!! I used red onion as that is what I had. I will definitely be making this again.

This was made using leftover rotisserie chicken and thickened with sweet white rice flour to make it gluten free and it came together nicely. Nice belly warming soup. Thx for sharing your recipe.

This is one BIG sandwich. I made this as instructed and I needed a bigger baguette, lucky for me I had a second one and used half of it. This made six, 3" sandwiches which was great. I now have lunch for tomorrow ready.

Oh my goodness, this was a hit. I made this using beef broth to replace the red wine as I was making this for the grandkids. Well we all loved this. Pure comfort food :)
