Delicious version of scrambled eggs. It was like an omelet deconstructed with all the yummy goodies right in ever nook and cranny. I had mine sprinkled with some chopped parsley and cilantro and it came out excellent. We all enjoyed this meal for our breakfast for dinner. Thank you, Dee, for sharing.
