Mexican Style Crock-Pot Pork

"I had a small pork roast and wanted to do something different with it. So, I started adding a few things to my crockpot and came up with this.You can use this as a filling for burritos,tacos, chimichangas, or even put it on a hamburger bun. My son thought it was even good cold. :) Submitted to "ZAZZ" on July 30th.,2012"

Step 1

Place the roast in a 2 quart crockpot .

Step 2

Add rest ingredients over meat.

Step 3

Cook for 6 hours on low, remove meat and shred.

Step 4

Return meat to pot and stir to mix in the juices and cook for one more hour.

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

I had to be out all day today so i put this together before i left so Don could plug it in on time. It urned out very good, Don loved it , i liked it too, so easy and tasty. He said it smelled like it had to have boiled potatoes to served over, it was a good choice. Thanks for posting an easy "away all day" supper.
