Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey with all the ingredients; mix well to combine (if you find the mixture is too moist add in more of bread crumbs).
Step 2
Using clean hands gently mix all ingredients together, then shape into desired size patties.
Step 3
Place patties on a large plate/s; cover with plastic wrap and chill 24 hours
Step 4
Place on the barbecue and grill until done (about 12-15 minutes).
