"This is my husband's favorite broccoli, therefore I've named it after him. I've been making this recipe since the beginning of our marriage and it's always been one of his requests since that time. I found this in one of my favorite magazines; Southern Living."

This is a very different broccoli.....sort of sweet and sour. I made mine early and we heated it back up to eat, so think it overcooked the broccoli a bit. But delicious regardless!

We are so looking forward to having this again! The sweet/hot sauce is right up our alley. I cut the recipe down to 3 serves and wished I had not done that. I could have eaten it all! Thanks ForeverMama for sharing this quick, easy and delicious dish! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Johnny G's got good taste in knowing what tastes good! We enjoyed this a lot - I used a bit less oil than called for and subbed artificial sweetener for the sugar.

Daily Inspiration

Very tasty way to serve broccoli. We just loved the addition of sesame oil and red pepper flakes in this wonderful finishing sauce. Will be making this broccoli again very soon. : )
