Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, oil and salt; rub over both sides of steaks.
Step 2
Grill steaks covered, over medium heat, or broil 4 inches from heat for 4-7 minutes per side or until meat reaches desired doneness. (The meat thermometer should read 145 degrees for medium-rare, 160 degrees for medium and 170 degrees for well done.
