Tips & Variations

  • 9x9" baking pan

The homemade brownie base is the perfect match for the cheesecake topping making for a delicious dessert. I am thinking to making this in a 9 inch springform pan to add to my Christmas desserts. So a five star but would give it a ten for the 'why did I not think of that' in using a food processor to do the cream cheese mix! I find running hot water and cleaning the knife between cuts makes for easy slicing for brownies. A keeper.
