"A great side to BBQ chicken or wings or ribs. Do not use regular potatoes for this recipe as they break apart. Use a firm baby potato or fingerling potato. For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

Oh my gosh, these are SO good and made for a nice change from our usual ways of preparing potatoes! I did use extra Franks, just because we like spicy. Thanks for sharing - these will be gracing our dinner table pretty often, I'm sure!

These were awesome! They had a great spicy taste that was addicting. I think next time I’ll leave them in the oven a bit longer to get some browning, but they were so good as is.

I really liked this technique for cooking potatoes. Made up the night before and that worked well. Great flavours and good crispy edges on the potatoes. I used white baby potatoes and it worked well. Thanks for another delicious recipe.

Loved these. Very different flavor for potatoes, but one that I couldn't seem to quit eating. Spicy but not too much so.
