My German hubby was doing the happy dance...I've never made the fried potatoes with bacon and paprika...I have fried them in bacon grease before but having the bacon pieces added a wonderful flavor...I couldn't locate frozen diced potatoes...so I used Yukon gold potatoes out of my garden...my parsley went bad on me...so it was omitted...I served it for a delicious breakfast for dinner meal...made for "FYC" tag game...
