Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Step 1

Combine 1/3 cup of barbecue sauce and chopped chicken in a small bowl. Toss, set aside.

Step 2

Prepare grill for medium heat.

Step 3

Place crust on grill rack coated with cooking spray.

Step 4

Grill 3 minutes or until puffy.

Step 5

Turn crust, spread with half of remaining barbecue sauce.

Step 6

Top with mozzarella, chicken, green onions and jalapeños.

Step 7

Cover and grill for 3 more minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Step 8

Repeat for second crust and toppings.

I scaled back for one pizza and I used a wholemeal pizza base (shop bought) and my favourite barbecue sauce though only enough to smear over the base and the breast from a deli bought cooked chicken, the green onion, mozzarella cheese but due to the person I was sharing with has an adverse reaction to chillies I used some finely diced green capsicum/bell pepper which they can tolerate and we loved this wonderful pizza, thank you Shadows1, made for Alphabet Soup Game.
