"A nice little pie that can be shared by two. Kids also love the tiny bite size pieces of pie. Prep time does not include preparing the pie crust or cooling/chilling time. Note: you can buy the little pot pie tins at most grocery or discount stores. I dust the tin with flour before shaping the crust into it. You can leave the crust in the tin or remove it after it has cooled."

I tripled the recipe for the filling only and made a deep dish pie. Delicious!

This looked so tempting that I had to add it to our Thanksgiving celebration pies. I tripled the recipe and used 3 bananas for a deep dish pie. The filling was delicious and I loved that it cut well and didn't run. This and your Coconut Cream Pie are my "Go To" recipes for these pies from now on, and will be enjoyed again this Christmas.
