Beautiful and so delicious! I had everything on hand and it came together quickly. This salad will go great with our dinner tonight. The only change I made was to use less olive oil. Definitely a repeat at our house. : )

Fabulous flavor from the marinade and dipping sauce. I scaled this recipe back to 1 pound shrimp (wish I had more) and I used jalapeno vs. serrano and I cheated by using jarred roasted red bell peppers. Otherwise stayed with the recipe and the shrimp were awesome. We loved the addition of the fresh pineapple on the shrimp skewers. I plan to make this again and next time I'll make sure I have plenty of shrimp. : )

We love zucchini and this is a perfect way to use it. The sauce adds a really nice tart flavor and it compliments the fritters very well. : )

Delicious and rich chocolate cake -- not sure I can pick out the ancho chili powder, but maybe it's more of an after taste. I do know it is delicious and while I'm sure the topping is great, we decided to keep it plain and simple.

Yummy pizza . Unfortunately, I could not find the basil/cashew pesto so substituted basil pesto. Loved the veggies; especially the zucchini. : )

This dish is a perfect match to any grilled meat recipe -- we love asparagus and gruyere is always on hand here. Perfect for entertaining and for a nice family dinner. : )

Lovely salad - perfect for a special occasion or brunch or anytime. The dressing is sweet, but not overly and it pairs so well with the fruit. Definitely a repeat at our house. : )

This was a very nice strawberry cake. The cake did not rise as much as I expected so I left it whole and simply spread the strawberries on top and then slathered the top with whipped cream. It cake is sweet, but had a really nice texture (only baked it 20 minutes) and the addition of the strawberries really made it like strawberry shortcake. This cake, if it lasts this long, will make a nice dessert tonight after dinner.
