This was the first time I ever made brownies using unsweetened chocolate squares versus unsweetened cocoa powder and I could definitely taste the difference in chocolaty goodness. But I digress...these brownies were as promised, fudgy and very chocolaty. They were great and I would definitely make these again. Thanks for sharing

These are so delicious with little work involved and no candy thermometer required, what more can you ask for? I loved the salt/sweet combo in these. They would make wonderful treats to have on a holiday tray or to give away in Christmas gift baskets.

This frosting is totally delicious. I used it to frost some cupcakes and found it was just a bit too soft after piping on the cupcakes. In the future I will just use less cream cause the taste is fabulous as is. Thanks for sharing Kitten.

I have to agree, this is way better than Pam! This does not leave that icky brown gunk on the unused part of the pan or cookie sheet like some of the sprays do and it definitely releases with ease. I make this all the time now and keep it stored in the fridge in a container then scoop out some with a spoon to thaw (soften) while I am mixing up my batter. I then brush on the softened mixture to my pans, voila! Works great every time. Thanks so much sharing.

I made these using Rice Krispies, frosted with some Nutella and decorated the top to look festive for the holidays. They are so delicious! It's my first time making a recipe like this so I did have a little error on my part - I think I boiled the sugar mixture on too high of a heat setting cause I followed the 3 minute rule but when I added in the peanut butter it seized up. I ended up putting the peanut butter back on the heat (low setting) and added in some butter for it to get to a more liquid state. From there I added in the cereal and was good to go. These needed to be scooped quickly cause of my error but the end result is so good I intend to make these again and hopefully won't have the same problem. Thanks for sharing.

I wanted bread to make sandwiches and decided on this recipe. It turned out so fluffy and soft and is totally delicious! Since I didn't have bacon drippings I used vegetable oil and didn't need to add the extra1 C. flour to get a beautiful dough. I must add a note that this bread does rise beautifully high (which obviously isn't what is pictured in my photo) Because of oven troubles I ended up having to divide my loaves so it would only rise as tall as the loaf pan instead of way above it and bake it in my toaster oven! lol. Size and shape does not affect the end product. Wish my oven was working to bake that beautiful high risen loaf though. Thanks for sharing your recipe Bea.

This turned out delicious! I didn't want to stop eating it but my potato did take longer than 1 hour to cook and I turned the potato halfway through cooking so the bottom bacon would crisp up too (next time I may use a rack in my dish.) I also caramelized the onions before stuffing them in the potato (personal preference) and next time I will probably pre-cook the potato slightly so it'll finish faster in oven. But overall, loved this! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

This is my first time making and eating sloppy joes. It smelled so delicious while cooking but taste-wise it lacked something for me and I can't figure out what it is. But this was an interesting change of pace. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

This fudge sauce has the perfect texture and consistency out of the fridge. Delicious and silky. The honey gives it a unique flavour and it is really good over plain vanilla ice cream for a change of pace. Thanks for sharing.

This is so quick and easy to put together, scoops out and rolls beautifully and is a pleasure to enjoy! To mix it up a little I added some instant coffee to the heated cream and used Bailey's as my alcohol. Delicious little morsels!

These were delicious! I never wrapped shrimp this way in wontons before (I usually fold into a triangle) and let me tell you it won't be the last time! I love the technique and the flavour of this recipe is awesome! I can't wait to make more of these in the future. Thanks for sharing.

I made both parts of this recipe, the chocolate and vanilla versions and layered it in a glass. This recipe was a bit different to me from other puddings I've had because it felt very light when I was eating it but still full of flavour. Thanks for sharing the recipe, it will surely be a repeat in my kitchen. I like that it can be whipped up any time with pantry basics.

Totally delicious! Pure comfort food. I usually don't keep frozen mixed veggies on hand so I cubed up some fresh carrots, used frozen peas and canned corn instead. I also made these in individual 8oz ramekins and only baked for 25 minutes. Turned out perfect. Thanks for sharing.

I made this recipe to use as a topping and it is so delicious! I added just a bit of extra water during the boiling process cause mine didn't release as much liquid as I hoped when it thawed, plus it turned out with perfect consistency for what I wanted after I added the cornstarch slurry. I love simple recipes with fabulous results. I will be using this one often. Thanks for posting and sharing it Bea!

I came across brussels sprouts for the first time and decided to try it. Settled on this recipe cause I love garlic. I have heard lots of people not liking brussels sprouts and I am one of them, only cause it has a slightly bitter aftertaste to me. However my dad loves them and this recipe, he said he can eat it every single day as a side dish to almost any meal so to me that definitely earns this recipe 5 stars. Thanks for sharing.

I wanted a peanut butter fudge which started with a milk/sugar base, so I was thrilled when I found this recipe. I used a candy thermometer and it turned out very delicious. I put some M&M's on top of half of the fudge before it cooled so I'd have a little chocolate in my bites. Delicious! Thanks for sharing.
