BIO: Hello and welcome to my profile. I LOVE this site and proud to be one of the founding members. I have met many great people here and look forward to meeting more. I just love to cook and enjoy developing my own recipes which are all listed here. All the recipes I have posted have been made by me or I have tried elsewhere and asked for the recipe to post here. You can always find me in the Food photo forum or in the games forum. I am one of the hosts at the Food Photo Forum and at the Billboard Tag Game which is a fun way to get your recipes reviewed and to try other members' recipes. On another note, I love to camp so I take all my vacation time during the summer months so I get to enjoy my home away from home which you see pictured here....

Tipsy Chicken	Re: Tipsy Chicken	I cooked this starting on the stove-top as directed, but had to leave the house for a bit so I put it in the oven to finish it off while I was away. The flavours in this chicken are very nice and my chicken turned out so moist!!! Thanks for sharing. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag game.
Apricot Baked Ham	Re: Apricot Baked Ham	Oh wow, is this good, hubby is smacking his lips!!! This went quite well with Derf's stove top scalloped potatoes. Will definately be making this recipe again. Made for the Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag Game.
Crispy Sweet Potato Fries	Re: Crispy Sweet Potato Fries	I made this recipe using my actifry cooker. I tossed in the julienned sweet potatoes and added the spices, then added a tablespoon oil and YUMMY. Spicy crispy sweet potato fries. Made for the Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag Game.
Taco Wings	Re: Taco Wings	Marinated these for 8 hours removed the wings from the marinade and dropped the wings one at a time in my Actifry, let them cook for 30 minutes and they turned out prefectly.
Chicken Veggie Alfredo (Slow Cooker)	Re: Chicken Veggie Alfredo (Slow Cooker)	I used "thick" chicken breasts for this so I decided to season them with onion salt and pepper while browning them so they would not be bland. I also doubled the amount of garlic powder to add to the sauce as we are garlic lovers. I used mushrooms instead of peas as DH does not like peas. It turned out good. Thanks for sharing.
