BIO: I am absolutely thrilled to be part of Recipezazz! I am going to upload all of my favorite recipes so we all have plenty to choose from. If I have added your recipe from anther site, please drop me a note, I'll be happy to delete my copy (or just give you credit for it, so you don't have to re-type, haha!) If you have food allergies, chances are, I am allergic to the same thing. If you need any tips on how I alter my recipes with similar ingredients, drop me a line! I'd love to chat. My personal recipes are usually lacking salt, because I just cannot tolerate the taste. I realize sodium is an important nutrient, so please feel free to review me and help me out with my salt issues. Thanks again, and thanks to all who have worked hard to make this site possible! I learned to cook from many of you, and I really don't think any of the other recipe sites compare with this community.

Rice and Tuna Pie Re: Rice and Tuna Pie <p> Tagged for RZ Billboard Tag 2012. I took your advice and swapped out Manchego cheese since I had it in the fridge. I loved it!! It made great leftovers, too. Still very moist, and crispy top. I meant to put peas in for color, but forgot... next time! Thanks for an easy go-to meal, Shirl!</p>
Shrimp With Snow Peas Stir Fry Re: Shrimp With Snow Peas Stir Fry I'll admit that I've made this three times since I tagged it for 2012 Billboard recipe tag game!! Twice because I had enough vegetables for two meals; then I made it with leftover rice. It was awesome with the rice. I had all of the ingredients on hand; it was easy to throw together and will make use of leftover veggies in the future. yum! Thanks!
Rosemary Pork Roast Re: Rosemary Pork Roast Made this last night with an extra pork loin I didn't know what to do with. Turned out well, even though I only used half of the rosemary (didn't want to kill my plant, I'm lucky it's still alive). I cooked in a dutch oven in which I browned, and then put in the oven. Loved it!!!
Roasted Green Beans with Mushrooms, Balsamic, and Parmesan Re: Roasted Green Beans with Mushrooms, Balsamic, and Parmesan <p> I&#39;m giving this one five stars for sure, because DH ate mushrooms and didn&#39;t complain. I think it&#39;s because they were a little drier from being roasted. He says it&#39;s a texture thing. I really enjoyed this and it was a main dish for us. Thank you!</p>
