| Banana Bread | Re: Banana Bread | What a moist and delicious banana bread recipe! This was so easy to mix together that it was ready in the pan before my oven had finished preheating. I already have a favorite banana bread recipe, but this one intrigued me because of the secret ingredient (Miracle Whip). I had accidentally bought a jar of Miracle Whip Light at the store and wanted to use it up. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it worked out so well. So not only did I find a great way to use up that ingredient, but I also found a fantastic banana bread recipe. | |
| Creamy Cheesy Artichoke Casserole | Re: Creamy Cheesy Artichoke Casserole | Excellent recipe. Very simple to make, really tasty. My slight changes: Instead of Swiss cheese, I used a mix of Monterey Jack/Mozzarella. I also used Italian Seasoned Panko instead of regular breadcrumbs. This will go into my keeper file. | |
| Sweet Balsamic Glazed Grilled Salmon | Re: Sweet Balsamic Glazed Grilled Salmon | So simple and so easy. I used a grill pan to prepare mine. It was really a nice dinner. I used a blood orange, which gave the salmon a lovely pink color. |
