Marinated these for 8 hours removed the wings from the marinade and dropped the wings one at a time in my Actifry, let them cook for 30 minutes and they turned out prefectly.

I used "thick" chicken breasts for this so I decided to season them with onion salt and pepper while browning them so they would not be bland. I also doubled the amount of garlic powder to add to the sauce as we are garlic lovers. I used mushrooms instead of peas as DH does not like peas. It turned out good. Thanks for sharing. This is a tasty meal that is very easy to put together. I only had 4 cups of cabbage so I put 2 cups on the bottom layer and 2 cups on the top layer. I also used green onions as that is all I had on hand. Mine did take about an hour and a half to cook through but that is probably because my cabbage was frozen. Made this in an Actifry and it turned out deeeeelish. I put all the ingredients (no water added) into the cooker and let it go until carrots were cooked.Used dill instead of parsley to kick it up and WOW.... Will definately make this again.
