I had some leftover giant cinnamon rolls so I chose this recipe, I didn't use the liquier, I may have to go for more cinnamon rolls just to make this again, we all loved it!

This zucchini loaf turned out wonderful with just the perfect amount of sweetness, I used half white and half brown sugar, I reduced the oil and used applesauce (1/4 cup) Looks like this is one I will make many times again. thanks for your recipe QueenBea

I thought this was really great, it sure needed the 1 1/2 cups of broth in fact I had to add just a little more, I used a boxed corn muffin mix so it was quite easy to put together, I will make this again because we all loved it, thanks
