Normally, I don't get very excited about vegetable side dish recipes, but this one is an exception -- it's fantastic and I enjoyed it very much! I was looking for a recipe for peas to go with salmon that a neighbor was making, and I decided to give this recipe a trial run beforehand. The bite of the vinegar and mustard provided a welcome tang. I'll definitely be making this recipe again.

"Popcorn" in the recipe title was a little confusing. That makes it sound like the end result would be dry. That's definitely not the case. This recipe for roasted cauliflower yields a sweet, crunchy on the outside, yet tender on the inside veggie side dish that I really enjoyed. The Mrs. Dash seasoning has a nice kick to it. I had a large head of cauliflower, and it served 4 people. A very good recipe, thanks!

I read the recipe quickly, then assembled the salmon fillets without paying close attention to the directions. I ended up mixing the spices with the mayonnaise and spreading that mixture on the salmon. I was happy with my mistake, although the finished dish didn't have the nice color contrast of the bright orange salmon with the white mayonnaise.

I love these cookies! They were called Chocolate Crinkles in my Mom's cookbook, but the recipe is almost identical. Her recipe uses 1/2 cup vegetable oil rather than shortening. Thanks for posting this recipe, they are just like the ones Mom used to make.
