1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (use pizza mozzarella cheese, you can find pizza mozzarella in the cheese section whit all the other cheeses)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4 1/4 ounces) chopped black olives (really well drained, then coarsely chopped)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 green onion, very finely chopped
30 to 35 (140 to 163 grams) Triscuit crackers
How to Make
Step 1:
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Spread on crackers. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.
