Step 1: Combine the oil, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary and garlic
Step 2: Place the pork in a zip lock bag or non metalic container and pour on the marinade- Place in fridge and marinate for 8 hours or overnight. Flip the bag a few times
Step 3: Combine the yogurt, jalapeno, green onion, parsley, and tomato. Place in the fridge ready to serve with the cooked meat
Step 4: Loosely skewer the meat, place skewers on a baking sheet, baste with the marinade, Bake in 400f for about 25 minutes depending on the size of the cubes of meat. Baste several times with the marinade
Step 5: Serve with rice or noodles. Place the meat on the rice and drizzle the yogurt sauce over the meat and rice or serve the sauce on the side.
