Step 1: In large pan over medium heat add oil. Saute onion green peppers and garlic. Remove from pan, set aside
Step 2: Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, dust with flour, slowly brown on both sides
Step 3: Return sauted vegetable to pan. Add tomatoes, wine and crumbled rosemary
Step 4: Simmer until chicken is tender. Serve with rice
