Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced and cook prawns as per packet directs.
Step 2: Meanwhile place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave covered on high (100%) for 3 minutes or until just tender; stand for 1 minute and then drain.
Step 3: Heat a frying pan over moderate heat and add sesame sees, cook and stir for 1 minute or until golden brown.
Step 4: Transfer 2 teaspoons to place and set aside.
Step 5: Add 1/3 cup of the honey and the juice to the pan and bring to the boil and then add buk choy and snow peas and cook and stir for a further 2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender and then add broccoli and half the green onion and cook and stir for 1 minute or until combined.
Step 6: Spoon vegetable mixture onto a large serving platter and top with prawns and remaining green onion and drizzle with remaining honey and sesame oil and sprinkle with reserved sesame seeds and serve with rice.
