Step 1: Gently mix the meat, sage, garlic, minced onion, salt & pepper.
Step 2: Form into 3 or 4 patties 3/4" thick.
Step 3: Pan fry over medium high heat apprx 5 minutes each side.
Step 4: Place each pattie on a toasted (buttered) bun.
Step 5: Top with BBQ sauce, lettuce, onion, cheese & tomato.
Step 6: Enjoy.
