Step 1: Wash all produce before using.
Step 2: Cut avocado in half and remove pit.
Step 3: Using a soup spoon, remove avocado meat from the hull and place into a mixing bowl.
Step 4: Mash avocado meat to desired consistency.
Step 5: Add the rest of the ingredients, and fold gently checking for salt level.
Step 6: If you desire a spicier guacamole, add deveined and seeded fresh diced jalapenos or Serrano peppers.
