Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a food processor, combine the celery, onion, and garlic

Step 2

Pulse the processor until they are finely chopped

Step 3

Add the watermelon and tomatoes then continue pulsing just until the watermelon is nearly liquefied about 10-15 mins.

Step 4

Add the vinegar, olive oil and sugar, then pulse several times to blend.

Step 5

Stir in salt and pepper

Step 6

Stir in just enough sriracha to add tang

Step 7

Step 8

Serve at room temp
