"This has the texture of tuna salad but it's a Vegan/vegetarian mixture of garbanzo beans (also known as chickpeas) apples and pecans, and amazing how a combination of flavors can actually taste like a whole different food. This makes the perfect filling for sandwiches, wraps or spread on crackers. I have listed kelp granules, they are a healthier alternative and a great way to get your daily iodine without having to use iodized salt, I use them on just about everything even popcorn!"
