Made this to go with Galley_Wench's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/pancakes-for-two-2917 and it was a marriage made in heaven. The only other time I have a whipped butter with pancakes is at McDonalds and well Mikekey I think they can take a leaf out of your booklet and serve this instead so much better. The only change I made was I did a half recipe for two and I used a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste instead of the bean, could possibly of had a touch more but it was super delicious over the pancakes, thank you Mikekey, made for Alphabet soup game.
