"This is a very easy omelet recipe. The filling is up to your imagination. I like to make my filling and keep it warm until I put it in the omelet. One of my favorite fillings is mushrooms, ham and cheese with salsa on top. Some people do not like the added flour but to me it adds body. Your omelet will be golden and peerfect every time."

This didn't work as I expected - tried it twice and it was soft and did not flip as easily as I expected, but it was good tasting though.

This worked perfectly. I filled the omelet with left-over green beans and topped it with marinara sauce and boy was this good. It is a very filling omelet. Made for the Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag Game.

Engrossed

Very good! I'm not very good at making omelets so was excited to try this. While it did turn out better than mine usually do, it wasn't quite fool proof. I followed the instructions using sour cream, and filled it with salsa and cheese and folded it in half when the timer went off and it looked done. Unfortunately I must have guessed wrong on my gas burner because it was like batter in the middle, so I had to microwave it to finish cooking it. After that it tasted yummy. I would say it's 2 servings...it was huge! Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
