"The kids used to love this straigh out of the freezer in the summer months. This is a great snack anytime and goes well with just about anything. This was originaly a communion bread. We substitute olive oil and goats milk to make this authentic to biblical times."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix honey and oil and warm slightly.
Step 2
Mix egg yolk in warm milk.
Step 3
Add honey and oil to flour and salt.
Step 4
Then add egg and milk mixture gradually to the flour mixture.
Step 5
Divide dough into three equal pieces.
Step 6
Working with one piece at a time, roll out very thin to dinner plate size.
Step 7
Score dough using a shot glass for the center, then a saucer and next a salad plate (or whatever works to make approximateyl three equal outer circles).
Step 8
Then score twelve spokes out from the center circle.
Step 9
Bake on cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 10
Wrap while still warm. Store in refrigerator or freezer
Step 11
Makes three flat loaves.
