"These are really great made on the grill, kind of lower fat than most beef but still has the flavor, these need to be refrigerated or you may run the risk of them falling apart while grilling you could add in a beaten egg and some breadcrumbs if your worried about that, or cook them from a frozen state"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Microwave the spinach until wilted.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and chopped red onion and cook 5 minutes. Transfer the onions and garlic to a bowl to cool.
Step 3
Squeeze moisture from the spinach, place on a cutting board then coarsely chop. add spinach into a large mixing bowl, toss with the onions-garlic mixture, 1 teaspoon of oregano, seasoned salt and pepper, then mix in BBQ sauce. Add in feta crumbles and turkey, mix until combined.
Step 4
Shape into 4 patties. Place on a plate cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or more, better for 24 hours.
Step 5
Place patties on the grill. Season with grill seasoning. Grill the patties until completely cooked through, basting with BBQ sauce while grilling
