Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onion and garlic in V-8 juice until tender.

Step 2

Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir 2-3 tablespoons of juice from skillet into the cornstarch mixture, then stir that back into the skillet mixture.

Step 3

Add turkey, paprika, celery seeds, salt and pepper.

Step 4

Turn heat up to medium high and stir until it boils.

Step 5

Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 100 minutes.

Step 6

Stir in yogurt or sour cream and simmer 2 more minutes.

Step 7

Serve over hot rice.
