Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat canola oil in large frying pan on medium; add the next 4 ingredients; cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened.
Step 2
Add turkey and mushrooms, scrable fry for about 5 minutes until turkey is no longer pink.
Step 3
Add hoisin sauce and the chili paste, stir, cook about 4 minutes stirring occasionally until heated thorugh.
Step 4
Add green onion and stir. Spoon about 1 tablespoon turkey mixture on each lettuce leaf. Roll to enclose filling.
